Bob Bennett came to real estate after a 27 year career as a professional musician in Los Angeles. He has had the distinct pleasure of playing trumpet all over the world and has performed with some of the great names in jazz and popular music. He holds bachelors and a masters degree in music from California State University, Long Beach and has taught at the community college level. In addition to working hard in the real estate industry, he is teaching trumpet and performing locally every chance he gets and is a former board member of the Infinite Music Foundation helping provide music education and scholarships to young musicians in San Luis Obispo County.
In addition to his music career, he has a background in business, having owned a coffee house and restaurant in San Luis Obispo, CA before returning to graduate school in 1999. Throughout his music and business careers he has always been a real estate investor, buying and renovating homes and learning the business of real estate. He has worked as a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2008.
In 2011 he and his wife decided to leave Southern California and return to the Central Coast where they belong. After joining the real estate community in Morro Bay in 2012, he has been fortunate to have helped many terrific people buy or sell their homes in this coastal paradise. The skills that helped him be successful in the music, restaurant, and real estate businesses, help him provide the highest level of service and competence to all of his clients. He recognizes that it is not just a house, it is your home, and whether you are buying or selling, you deserve a commitment to professional service with the utmost integrity.
