The large master bedroom is located on the second floor with beautiful harbor and Morro Bay Rock views from the private deck. It has a comfortable king size bed, extra sofa bed that sleeps two if needed, office space and a full en suite bathroom. There is also a small wet bar for added privacy if desired. Located downstairs are both guest bedrooms, a full bathroom, comfortable living room, open kitchen with island and a spacious dining area. The first guest bedroom has a king size bed and large walk-in closet. The downstairs bathroom is spacious with both a walk-in shower and separate bathtub. The second guest bedroom now has a twin bunk bed with a twin pull out trundle for 3 guests to sleep (not pictured). The main living space has a lovely flow from the well equipped kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances and island to the separate dining space and comfortable living room. The private backyard features a gas BBQ, patio table and fully fenced yard for the safety of your pet. There is a single car garage with laundry and plenty of extra parking around the property if needed. You will not be disappointed with your stay in this comfortable, well equipped home located within walking distance to the Embarcadero and downtown Morro Bay.

Some information about the area:

The local surf shops offer wetsuit rentals and sales and there are several kayak rental shops that also offer stand up paddleboard (SUP) lessons. There are also local whale watching and day and overnight fishing boat tours.

The nearest airport is in San Luis Obispo (SLO), a 30 min. drive by car. Some of the local attractions include California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo. Hearst Castle, built by William Randolph Hearst is a 40 min. drive north on Highway 1. There are numerous wineries in the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo areas. The Big Sur coastline is about a two hour drive north. Don’t miss the elephant seals that populate the area in San Simeon along with all our other wildlife. There are great hiking trails north along Highway 1 or at Montana de Oro State Park in Los Osos.
