Shannan Bautista, Office Manager

Shannan is the newest member of the Horizon Realty family. She was born and raised in Southern California in the South Bay beach community. Her very first job at the age of 16 was on her father’s jobsite hammering nails, strapping beams, running to the lumberyard to pick up supplies and assisting with miscellaneous clean up. This is when she found she had an interest in the real estate and construction world. 

However, life has a funny way of working out and Shannan ended up in the restaurant industry. During her restaurant tenure, she did a little bit of everything, from serving, training, bookkeeping, managing, and assisting the Divisional Corporate Chef. This is where Shannan spent the last 12 years fine tuning her customer service skills. 

Work took Shannan to Pacific Grove in 2016 and with that move, trips to the central coast became more frequent. In 2019, the decision to move closer to family was made and Shannan finally ended up in her dream town of Los Osos where she bought her very first home. 

Not only does Shannan have an extensive background in bookkeeping and business administration, but she is also currently taking courses to obtain her Real Estate license. 

In her free time, Shannan enjoys spending time with her family which consists of a wonderful husband, beautiful daughter and three spoiled pups. She also enjoys reading a great book, taking walks down to the bay and starting projects around the house. Some of them get finished!
