Shannan Bautista, Office Manager / Administrative Assistant

Shannan joined Horizon Realty in 2020, bringing with her a strong background in customer service, business operations, and bookkeeping. Born and raised in Southern California’s South Bay beach communities, she developed an early appreciation for real estate and construction while working alongside her father on job sites as a teenager.

Before transitioning into real estate, Shannan spent 12 years in the restaurant industry, where she built extensive experience in management, customer relations, bookkeeping, and day-to- day business operations.

After relocating to Pacific Grove in 2016, Shannan frequently visited San Luis Obispo and quickly fell in love with the Central Coast lifestyle. In 2019, she made Los Osos her home, purchasing her first house and fully embracing the local community.

As a member of the Horizon Realty team, Shannan is known for her organizational skills, attention to detail, and welcoming personality. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and three pups. She loves reading, walking along the bay, and taking on home improvement projects!
